A pipe to a water heater burst in this residential space with tile flooring, leading to sitting water that needed to be dried out. Luckily, our SERVPRO team was contacted to remediate the damage and make it seem “Like it never even happened.” Our professionals first went in to assess the damage and set up air scrubbers and dehumidifiers to help dry out the space. The team consistently took atmospheric readings and inspected for microbial growth. Drywall in this space was also affected by water and needed to be fixed. Additionally, some materials such as rugs needed to be cleaned and dried by SERVPRO.
