Sprinkler Damage

This commercial space, while going through renovations, had a sprinkler-head go off for a length of time. This resulted in water filling on the 4th floor, which migrated all the way down to the 1st floor. The most affected areas included the hallways, along with 12 rooms on the 4th floor, the electrical room, and the staircase. This meant that SERVPRO professionals would be dealing with tile flooring, vinyl trim, wood vanities, drywall, carpet and subflooring—not an easy feat. Luckily, SERVPRO is prepared to handle any loss no matter the size or difficulty of the job. Eventually the team was able to fix the problem and allow the commercial space to return to business.
