Fire and Water Damage at Local Hotel.

One of our clients had a significant project that they needed our help with. There was an electrical fire in the elevator shaft on one of the top floors. This caused a sprinkler outside of the shaft to go off, which caused partial water damage to multiple floors. The reason we needed to act fast was that wet carpets are the perfect conditions for microbial growth.

This was a massive project that we needed to call in help from other local SERVPROs in the area.
