When we were home, my family experienced a fire, making the situation even scarier. We were outside grilling, and we had no idea there was a fire until our alarms had alerted us. The SERVPRO team visited our home shortly after the firefighters left and provided us with resources such as long-term hotel options and a discounted rate to help my family.

I love my four-legged fur baby, but I wanted SERVPRO of Lake of the Ozark to perform a carpet cleaning as the following weekend, I had friends coming into town with their puppy. The crew arrived and provided a thorough cleaning which helped alleviate some stress I had.

We wouldn’t use anyone else after working with Cody and SERVPRO. They saved us a lot after a minor flood in our basement. Answered our call on a Saturday and on-site within 90 minutes with all the equipment needed. Back daily, on time, till the job was done. Left no mess. Explaining every step. Very professional. Very considerate of our home and the situation. Well done!

The Crew Chief was a highly considerate person, too kind to put into words. He stopped for me when my caliper bolts fell out of my car, hailed a tow for me, bought new bolts for me, and installed them himself. I only had to pay for a hotel room during that time. I couldn't imagine his business would be at any lower standard when he has been a literal angel!

We had a septic pump go wrong and a drain backed up into our finished basement, and they were out very fast to clean up and get fans out. Then when the drain backed up the next day, they came right back out and cleaned again. The guys they sent have been very respectful and fast. They have been an enormous help!

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional and responsive team.  I recently had significant interactions with employees at my home and will be recommending them to my friends!

When you are more than 500 miles away from home and your finished basement floods, one can feel as if they are cornered, have no choices, and will be taken advantage of during the resolution; however, that was NOT the case with SERVPRO of Lake of the Ozarks!! I’m absolutely amazed by Tim, Daniel, Kim, and Judy. My gigantic problem was treated as a top priority job as if it was their own home. From the first frantic call I made about water-soaked carpets, soiled drywall, and the unknown cause, SERVPRO’s team prepared an assessment, mitigation, and clean-up plan. Not only did they communicate with me throughout the entire process, but also continued to give me feedback, answer lingering questions, and made me feel comfortable with my unavailability to be on site. Professional, confident, and extremely knowledgeable is how I would describe these experts. "Like it never even happened." is SERVPRO’s motto and they live up to it. Highly recommend and am beyond grateful for absolutely everything.

We had a water pipe burst.....water...was... EVERYWHERE and we were beside ourselves not knowing where to start...Matt and his team came out at a weird hour and helped us SEAMLESSLY with the cleanup and claim details... they were quick to respond... professional and helped us move forward in a speedy manner. The SERVPRO folks did a fantastic job helping clean and/or clear everything from our basement after a small fire caused a tremendous amount of smoke damage. SERVPRO did an excellent job taking care of the water damage we had after the storm. They even went above and beyond and helped us find a company to come to patch our roof.  I highly recommend them.

SERVPRO came to our home at 5:00 am on a Sunday to help with the cleanup of some water damage.  They were professional, timely, and explained the process to us very clearly.  They came back every day for 4 days until every part was dry.  Everyone that I worked with was knowledgeable and great to work with!
